The greenrider nods in understanding, giving Euroth's neck a soft pat. "We're right behind you. Or to the left of you." She waves at the other riders, nodding in acknowledgement. "Wish those Weyrlings were big enough to tackle Threadfall, I do." She rechecks her harness and sets herself in readiness.

Even though we're Wingseconds, we've never flown before. Will this work?

"They trust us, Euroth. It will work. And there's always a first time. And Alara, Thread smells like day old meatrolls. Pleasant, no?"

R'kese nods in understanding to T'ren, Hakath moving into the V-form quickly. The bronze rumbles quietly, ready and willing for Thread. "Hakath, we've never done this, but we can now." R'kese mutters, doing a final check of all harness and equipment, his eyes steel as he gazes ahead.
