Neolithic Revolution and Organization

Even though people of the Neolithic Revolution were advancing in agriculture, they were also continuing to improve in many different aspects; one important advancement was that of organization. There are many ways in which we can identify organization. Residents of Catal Huyuk constructed large mud and brick buildings with holes in the ceilings for doors. This shows that they had an organized town, where a set of people lived in each building. They also refer to them having families, which means that they have organized themselves into groups by heredity. In addition, since residents did not just discard dead bodies, but rather they save them and buried them in there how, we know that they had an organized structure of beliefs, ceremonies, and customs. In Jericho, there must have been organization to create a government. The government would be needed to commission the workers for the wall, and create a defensive group of people or army for protection. These are just a few ways of showing organization, but they definitely demonstrate the advancement in orderly thinking, acting, building, and more.
