Grants of Nobility in Doggerland

It is an interesting fact that William he "Conqueror" was "William the Bastard." William was the son of Robert 'The Devil' Duke of Normandy and the daughter of a common tanner. Thus it was a "morganatic" coupling between a member of a royal or noble family and a person of inferior rank in which the rank of the inferior partner remains unchanged and the children of the marriage/coupling do not succeed to the titles and or fiefs. Thus the entire British Nobility, descending from and taking their titles and rank via their relationship to William's bloodline, can be considered as illegitimate.

One might say the same about my relationship to my father. Thus if the British Nobility, including HRH Queen Elizabeth, has no right to rule then I suppose neither do I. However, if one considers them as having the right to their titles then so must I have the right to mine. Thus it's a double-edged sword. It is an observable reality that the British Monarchy exists.
It is an observable reality that I have Y-DNA R1b1a2a1a1a the same as those Megalithic/Neolithic inhabitance of Doggerland and am thus their descendant. As such I claim Royal titles as a bloodline descendant.
It is an observable reality that I claim the incorporeal hereditament Royal titles to Doggerland. Namely, Grand Royal Sovereign Prince of Doggerland and Grand Archduke of Doggerland under the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act (1995) which no one before me has ever done.

As Sovereign of Doggerland I have the right to grant titles to whomever I see fit.

To wit:
To my siblings I grant the nominal honorary titles of 'Furst,' also known as 'Prinz (Prince/Princess)' in German; and or 'Grand Marquis/Grand Marchioness' of Doggerland. The specific areas of Doggerland to be named later.

To my first cousins; my nieces and nephews I grant the nominal honorary title of 'Marquis/Marchioness' of Doggerland. Specific areas of Doggerland to be named later.

To my second cousins and first cousins once removed, grand nieces/grand nephews I grant the nominal honorary title of 'Count/Countess.' Specific areas of Doggerland to be named later.

To my third cousins, second cousins twice removed and great grand nieces/ great grand nephews I grant the nominal title of 'Viscount.' Specific ares of Doggerland to be named later.

To all those with the DNA of R1b1a2a1a1a I grant you citizenship in Doggerland, and the nominal titles of 'Chevalier' and or 'Knight' of Doggerland. Chivalric Orders to be named later. To males I grant you the title of Sir. To females of the said DNA I grant you the titles of Lady and Dame.
