In reality power behind titles, in Europe, ended in 1918 after World War I. All titles Europe are now pretty much nominal and honorary. It's now getting close to that one-hundred year mark when titles became costume jewelry.

A Proclamation:
To my siblings I grant the nominal and honorary titles of Prinz (Prince/Princess) and also Grand Marquis/ Grand Marchioness.

To my 1st Cousins/ Nieces and Nephews I grant the nominal and honorary title of Marquis.
