I can tell that Ms. Manalo is not even that happy after winning the crown compared to the other two winners. And I am disappointed that Cai did not make it she would have been a better winner for BB. Pilipinas Universe crown. She is move captivating and appealing beauty than the winner which is so demure and sweet looking. Ms. Universe new look is more of an aggressive and go getter women who is not afraid to exude there sexuality. Well I guess filipinos will never change its always about who you know.
