Subject Author Date For a while I thought the theme of this year's parade was Mardi Gras. I realize after seeing these photos that it is more of a Las Vegas theme. The leaborate headresses look great on the girls. Not sure if BPCI wants to market their Bbs as 'showgirls' but if that works for the publicity mileage then why not?
