For a while I thought the theme of this year's parade was Mardi Gras. I realize after seeing these photos that it is more of a Las Vegas theme. The leaborate headresses look great on the girls. I know this has been said a million times about this year's batch but they are all exceptionally beautiful. For sure the judges would have a hard time narrowing the girl to top 10 much more choose the winners. Kudos to BPCI, their talent scouts and most of all this year's beauties for a great year. Cheers.
