Subject: We're alive... really...

R'jari is stirred from his day-dreaming with an unamused shove from his bronze. Maeroth says nothing but merely glares at his rider, eyes swirling an annoyed yellow.

The red-headed youth sighs, and as he had long since missed the initial rush to grab some firestone, waits a bit before grabbing the crumbly black rock. Carefully he gives it to his grey-toned bronze, having little need to remind the dragon of the risk of not focusing upon which stomach it was sent.

Do not worry R'jari. I have no urge to literally belch forth flame.

The bronzerider gives a slight smirk, "Somehow I bet that'd smell worse then just sulfur."

Hush, and hand me another piece.

R'jari complies, then quickly finds a place behind his bronzes limber legs as the dragon conntinues to chew for a long moment.. then swallows. There is a period of silence.

I feel noth...

With a sudden burst of noise, heat, and light, flame shoots forth from the bronzes maw. Maeroth's jaw remains open for a long moment in surprise, before R'jari's encouraging words and loving pats of congratulations snap the bronze back into reality.

"Now the fun part eh."

Mmm. Yes. Regurgitation.

R'jari shakes his head in slight amusement at the utter seriousness in his lifemates tone, before carefully walking with the bronze past the other training weyrlings. A slight heave into the pit and the messy part of this lesson is taken care of.

Bronze and rider make their way back over to the others.
