While the execution of maternal duties for the sake of the boy's health and hygiene certainly justifies a complete undressing and manipulation in the area of his intimate parts, such as retracting the foreskin, checking the hygiene and functionality of the penis and checking the testicular position, this should indeed be carried out in a secluded family environment and be performed either by the mother or another experienced adult female with consent of the mother. A mere exposition of the boy's body and especially his intimate areas to a wider female audience purely for the entertainment of these people would however be abusive.
