He emerged from his newly built den, and if star, his beloved mate, decided to come, then she would be welcome to. He headed down into the woods, it crossed into a narrow path, covered with wild cotton blossoms, and sun rippled through the trees and shone on the path before him. indeed this was a glorious day. He whined a bit, for his right fore leg was giving him trouble, but for the most part, he did his best to ignore it. With great effort, he broke into a trot, and headed down the wooded path, the sound of dry flies, and bees where playing in his ears. Squirrels skampered merely down the path, gathering acorns for the upcoming fall. His ears perked and he looked up. White beautiful clouds swirled above him, and a cloud streak left by a jet seemed to divide the sky in half. his obsiddian colored paws scraped the ground with facination.
