Well, I finally saw the mom give one of these whippings to the little boy. It was awful. He was naked and she made him spread his legs apart as far as he could. She must have whipped that little bare penis at least 20 times - it was so red and he screamed so hard! Then she threatened to use the belt next time. She told me to make sure I punish him the same way, and if he has two accidents in a day to use the belt. I was thinking maybe 5 or less gentle swats with the flyswatter. But she really whipped him hard. I don't know if I can do that.
