Girl, 12yo, Eastern Europe, thorrough exam when comming to orphanage

I am female. It happened in Eastern Europe, 1990-1999, 12 years old I was being taken to an orphanage because my parents had died and I had no family. This was part of the induction process. I was driven there by authorities. The exam was done at the orphanage.

It happened children in foster care homes or the like. All the new kids brought to the orphanage had this exam.


PREPARATIONS

I was not allowed to eat some time before the exam. I got laxatives to clean out my stomach at the place where the exam took place. They washed my body before the exam. I got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out my stomach. My stomach was also cleaned out by a tube incerted into my anus that was connected to some pump and flush mashine.

I was totally naked through all the procedures. The staff took my clothes of some time before the anesthesia had made its effect. I had to strip totally naked before the exam.

They placed me upon a simple examination table. I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up spread and mounted upon two devices. I was placed to lay on my stomack with streight legs. I was placed to lay on my stomach with my legs flexed down and spread. I wa placed to lay on my right side.

I got lubricating and numbing cream into my vagina. The anesthesia only took away pain. I was mostly awake during the procedure despite anesthesia given.

The first thing they did was cut my hair short to below chin length, and go over my body checking for hair which they shaved off. They said all children in this orphanage must remain hairless as long as they stay and we would be periodically checked and shaved.


EXAMINATION WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT

I had to do some physical work like cycling or running on a threadmill when the ECG and breathing analysis was performed. They examined my stomach area with an ultrasound device or something similar. They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device. They had electrodes at my genitals to record functions in this area.

INTERNAL INSPECTIONS

They used a speculum in my vagina. They inspected me through my vagina with an ultrasound probe. The doctor explored my vagina with a finger. The doctor explored my anus with a finger.

My vagina was very thoroughly cleaned including all around my clitoral hood. Two doctors worked on me together doing it all very quickly like it had to be over with soon. They rubbed my vagina a lot and made remarks on how it could get wet.


ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM

I lay naked under a blanket after the exam. They took a urine sample I was brought to the orphanage nude told that we would all be seeing each other unclothed frequently so a new arrival would be nude for a while to get used to it. It was boys and girls of all ages.


THE SCHOOL I ATTENDED

I went to some other type of school. The orphanage had its own school.


COMMENTS

This was a thorrough health check that all children in all parts of the world undergo whan they are internated into some institution, but the particularities, like the intimate check is seldome talked about.

Testing by stimulation of some kind in the intimate zone is also often done to observe reaction in order to assess the development stage and to test for reactions that may be symptoms of sexual abuse. This is also something seldom spoken about.

It is however not usual that new children have to be completely nude among others some time, and also shaved,but similar things occur in some institutions.

But the preparation and cleaning before the exam suggest that more was done than the girl remembered. It is possible that they put her to sleep and performed endoscopic inspections into her bladder and into her anus and colon too, but that the anesthesia hindered her from remembering.. These procedures are quite commonly done on istitutionalized children, but again very seldom talked about.

Girls 11yo,12yo, Russia, extensive exams and testings in Montessory school

Thos os about my doughters 11yo and 12yo in 2015 an later, and things arranged by the Montessori school they attended. Exams were part of attending the school. We parents drove them sometimes to the exam, other times they got there in a bus in group from school, to a special establishment used for these type of exams. Still other times it happened at aspecial medical room in the school apart from the nurse's office.

It seemd sometimes to happen to our children of the age group in our community. At other times to a selected percentage of thechildren in their school of the age group.

Being tested and examined was a condition to going to school
Both my daughters 9 and 12 were examined and experimented on.




PREPARATIONS

Sometimes they did not get any anesthesia. Sometimes they got anesthesia through tubes into their blood vessels. They got lubricating and numbing cream into their vagina. They got ome numbing and lubricating cream injected into their anus.

Sometimes they paralyzed their whole body and They got artificial breathing.

The anesthesia made them relaxed but They were conscious.


EXAMINATION WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT

They performed an EEC (electroencephalogram) - functional test of the brain with electrodes on the head. They performed an ECG functional test of the heart function with electrodes on their chest and other body areas.

They examined their upper body, their stomach, hip area, arms and legs with an ultrasound device or something similar.

They took chest x-ray pictures of their stomach, shoulder area, hio area, and their limbs.

They used electrodes to record functions inside their head, their chest and their belly.

They examined their genitals with an ultrasound device. They had electrodes at their genitals to record functions in this area.

They ispected the inside of their nose with a scope They inspected the inside of their throut with a scope.

The doctor explored their vagina with a finger.They inspected the inside of their urethra and bladder with a scope. They took specimens from their urethra with a tube. ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE ORDEALS

They held them inconscious for some hours They had breathing tube. They had IVs into blood vessels. They had catheter into their bladder. They had a tube going in through their nose or down into their stomach. They lay with their legs in stirrups some time after the exam. It took a few hours before returning to school


THE SCHOOL THEY WENT TO

They went to a Montessori school. Was Montessori type school ages 8-18 excellencent teachers ran by medical research corporations on their property. Kids got free education to be experimented on.




COMMENTS

This is basically a standardized exam procedure used on kids in selelected schools and communities in all parts of the world and coordinated by some international organization, orobably WHO. Researech is often a reason for the procedure. Montessori schools are vety often involved. It is fairly common, but not talked about to the public.

In this case it was extended by some physiological experiments involving simulated pregnancy and milk secretion. I have other accounts of this type of testing from Russia.

Girl 8yo, North America, used as research guinea pig and for sexual abuse

I am a female. I was a school-aged child, 8 Year old, year 2000 or after, in North America. I was examined at home, in a house in the country. Who did the exam? about 50 different men.


OVERVIEW OF THE EXAM

They examined my genitals. They examined my rectal zone. They inserted instruments into my urinary opening. They inserted instruments into my vagina. They inserted instruments into my rectal opening.


ARRANGEMENTS

I was sedated but awake.


THE ORDEAL STEP BY STEP

First enema and vaginal douch. Then strapped down on exam table. Then each man examined me. Then each man used my mouth for intercource. At least enema and vaginal douch.


REASON AND JUDGEMENT

What do you think was the reason for this exam? molestation. What is your opinion about thios experience? I was excited during the experience and i get excited remembering it.


URINARY AND GENITAL EXAM

They did not examne my urinary system. They palpated my outer female genitals. They spread my genital lips to look inside. They examined my vagina with a speculum. They took speciments (pap smears etc) from my vagina with an instrument.

They performed an outer ultrasound exam of my female genitals and lower tummy area. They perfomed an ultrasound exam through my vagina. They also felt my uterus and overies.


RECTAL EXAM

They took some measurements inside my rectum or bowel with a long tube-like instrument.


OTHER MOMENTS AND FOLLOW-UPS

The exam took a very long time. New exams as follow up, mostly with dildos and vibrators.


COMMENTS

By 50 men perfoming these thing in one session, the account is not possible. But I think this ordeal might have repeated itself many times, possible through some years, and then as many as 50 men and women might have examined her, or the same persons repeating it. The anesthesia might have distorted the memory and left an impression of 50 men doing this in one session.

I guess that the girl was used as gunea pig in a kind of governmental project where one researched develoment of body structures in children and tested sexual reactions. The things called dildos might have been medical research instruments. A permanet reaction involving exitement by memorizing the ordeal might then have developed.

The parents probably got money for letting the girl be used, but they might have been forced to let the girl be used too. Using a child this way is of cource abuse, not less serious than ordinary sexual abuse.

But it is possible that the scientists also began using the girl for sexual acts too, so that the allready abusive research activities got combined with sexual abuse in the ordinary sense too. This is not the first account I have seen that points to this happeneing. So the oral intercourse mentioned may still be somethinmgs that really happened. But also this could have been handlings with some scientific instrument in her mouth.

Girl 14yo-15yo - Assesment about and therapy for body attitudes and feelings

I am a female. It occured at 14-16 years old, 8 times each year, 1998-2002, in North America, Canada.

I was examined in a health centre,therapist's office specifically. I took my bike to the ordeals. 2 psychologists, a man and a woman examined me. Also were present other patients mostly older teens.


OVERVIEW OF THE EXAMS

They examined my genitals. They performed a psychological exam. They made interrogations about my social relations and my daily life. Any other kind of exam. It was a Desensitization therapy to get me used to being seen naked. The first session involved slowly being encouraged to disrobe but from then on it was naked to start.

Many patients were getting therapy in a group, encouraged to look at each other closely and explore.


THE ORDEALS STYEP BY STEP

The first thing they did with me:. had us all undress stark naked. Secondly sat and had long therapeutic discussion of the human body and why it is okay to be nude with others. Them had us look at each other and compare parts. The psychologists also disrobed and illustrated parts on themselves (their whole bodies were shaved). Then encouraged us to shave our pubic hair so our genitals would be more visible for the group. They also discussed our fears about our bodies The exam ended by reminder to stay nude in our homes and encouragement to try undressing in front of friends. They showed us a lot of pictures and videos of a variety of body types different genitals etc . We were each videotaped urinating and the video shown to the group.


REASON AND JUDGEMENT

What do you think was the reason for this exam? My parents wanted me to not care about being seen naked anymore. What is your opinion about thios experience? It's strange because they raised me to be VERY shy about my body until this point.


PELVIC ASSESSMENT

I perhaps do not remember exactly how they examined my urinary system but they did something down there like: gently touched my urethra, palpated my outer female genitals, spread my genital lips to look inside.

They also encouraged me to touch myself and show others how wet and sticky I got, because it's part of the body.

They spread my cheeks and examined extarnally my rectal zone. They examined my rectum with an inserted finger.


FURTHER MOMEMENT

A third psychologist came in once to ask us individually how we were feeling about this therapy. We were encouraged to talk about excitement or fetishes involving nudity to illuminate our hangups .The exam took a very long time. each session took 3 hours.


DIAGNOSIS AND FOLLOW-UP

It took me a long time to not be moritified but it was exciting and I did eventually get comfortable New exams as follow up please specify: This therapy went on 8 times a year for 4 years


COMMENTS

I guess that the parents had concerns about the bodily development of this girl and for possible sexual activities which they might not approve. They then wanted somebody to check her and wanted also to make her willing to be intimately checked by the parents and for this reason consulted the psychologists.

I guess that the whole of this therapy was not exactly what the parents wanted, and that they did not understand what happened in the first place but might have accepted the whole of it because they also got the assurance they wanted. I guess that the parents all the way talked with the psychologists about findings related to their concerns.

This kind of therapy seemed bo be offered around the world from 1970es and up to the early 2000es. Nowadays, however, therapists that offer this kind of therapy run the risk of being busted for sexual abuse if they offer it by own initiative.

But ordeals like this probably still occur as research projects instituted and approved by the government.

It is diificult to know of this therapy was something offered by the government, or something these thearpists had established. It looks however that parts of the ordeal also was twisted in a way that gave the therapists themselves sexual gratification.

Boy 18yo with sister 17yo, N.Am - Extensive internal inspections, samlings, adjustments

I am male. It happened in North America. 2015 or later 18 years old. The police ordered the example. We were told the date when both siblings brother 18 and sister 17 and both parents were due to appear.

My parents drove me to the exam, at a special establishment used for these type of exams. It happened to kids that had been treated or examined by a psychologist or psychiatrist beforehand. My parents took us to rehearsal by car. It was only us in the rehearsal.


PREPARATIONS AND ANESTHESIA - OVERVIEW

I was not allowed to eat some time before the exam. I was totally naked through all the procedures. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. They placed me upon a simple examination table. They placed me upon an advanced surgical table. They placed me upon something like a dentist's chair but with devices to lift my legs onto.

I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up, spread and mounted upon two devices. I was placed to lay on my stomach with my legs flexed down and spread. I got IVs tubes into blood vessels in an arm. I got a device on a finger or a toe to measure pulse and oxygen in my blood. I got a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a leg.

I got electrodes on my cheast, stomach, hip region, legs and head.

I got a tube or wire in through my urethra. I got a tube or sond in through my anus. I got something to swallow. I was put completely to sleep.


PREPARATIONS AND ANESTHESIA AS EXPERIENCED

Upon arrival we received some pills me 2 and sister 3 and saw to it that we swallowed them. Then the parents left and we waited about half an hour. Then we had to take off our clothes completely and i was surprised that avery shy sister had completely stripped off in front of me.

Then we were weighed and measured in height and all parts of the body including the genital organs and took many photographs. The nurse was very painful to me as she measured my urethra depth and penis, and to my sister when she measured her urethra depth and her vagina.

We saw our parents' clothes in the dressing room and when they led us to the examination i saw our mother standing naked with her hands behind her head through the open door.


EXAMINATIONS WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT

They examined my head, neck, shoulder area, upper body, stomach area, hip area, legs with an ultrasound device or something similar.

They took x-ray pictures of my chest, hip area and limbs.

They used electrodes to record functions inside my head, my cheast, my belly and my limbs.


They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device. They had electrodes at my genitals to record functions in this area.


INTERNAL PROCEDURES

After examination they shaved our entire body and wiped us out with disinfectant and placed us on the operating table where we fell a sleep shortly.

I cannot remember any internal procedure like those mentioned.


ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE PROCEDURE

They held me inconscious for some hours. I had breathing tube.

After waking up our hips ached very badly, our urethra and rectum burned. Our belly was bloated and there was a hole in it. My brother was circumcised. We both had tubes in the urethra and in the rectum. We lay with our hands behind our heads and legs wide apart and completely naked.

I had IVs into blood vessels. I had electrodes on my head. I had electrodes on my body. I had catheter into my bladder. I had a tube going in through my anus. I had a tube hoing in through my nose or down into my stomach. I had a tube through a opening in my belly. I lay with my legs in stirrups some time after the exam.

I lay naked under a blanket after the exam. When I woke up for a while I was lying completely naked and there were a lot of people around me. Electrodes were attached to our entire body for the night and covered with a blanket.

The doctor examined us again in detailin the morning, removed the tubes from the urethra and the rectum, and after the clothes my parents and i went home. We asked our parents if they were also on examination. They told us they were coming to me right away.

After a few days we found out that they were both shaved and the father was also circumcised. For a week we were burned by aurinalysis tube and we also had gases and gel coming out. After a month the school doctor examined us both and told us that in six monts the examination would berepeated.


THE SCHOOL I ATTENDED

I attended public boarding school.


COMMENTS

The arrangements after the exam clearly shows that something not remembered due to anesthesia surely also happend, which are: Cystoscopy and probable inspection up into each kidney. Overview of the pelvic area with ultrasong probe inserted into the anus for the boy and probably the vagina for the girl. Vaginal examination of the girl with speculum and probably scope.

Endoscopic examination of the whole colon through the anus. Endoscopic examination in the upper stomach through the mouth. Sampling of tissue between the organs in the stopmach.

Also some adjustments were done in the lower digestive system and urinary system, propbably to regularize body functions and sexuality.

This is a standardized procedure used on children in selected societies in all parts of the World and it seems to be coordiated by an international unit, possibly WHO, and it occurs more now than ever. It has gone on for several decades, but it is steadily extended and modernized with new equipment. In spite of how common it is, it is mostly not told about to the public, and when it occurs, it often comes as a surprize both to parents and the child. 6-7yo, 11-12yo and 15-16yo are typical ages for the procedure, but it also occur often at 18yo.

Some societies uses it on all children, others on childen with special concerns, and still others on a selected percentage of children. Curiously some societies does it mostly on the boys, but others mostly on the girls.

The purpose of the procedure is surveillance of the young population, research and screening for diseases and abnormalities. Often they also take out tissue, probably to be used in research, for production of vaccines or to use in treatment of other patients. The circumcision in this case also had the purpose of stealing tissue.

Since the police in cooperation with the school ordered the ordeal, one purpose was probably also to hunt for signs of sexual activities not approved by the society and to conform body functions to strict standards set by the society and the school. The basic procedure is often extended for these purposes.

Whatever was the ultimate purpose of the happening, what happened to this boy and the family must be categorized as abuse upon the family by authorities in the society. The police officers and authorities at the school were probably given money to select kids for the exam.
