The friends sisters spanking happened as a result of the girl teasing her younger sister about wetting her bed and wearing a diaper. The older girl about 9 and the younger one was 7 I think. Anyways the older one had been warned before about teasing her sister and when her mom heard her tease she said that was not allowed and that she was getting a spanking and with that mom went and got her paddle. She pulled the chair away from the desk to the middle of the room and told the older girl to come over to her. In a quick couple of motions the girls shorts and panties were at her knees and mom was telling her that she was not to tease her sister because it was something she could not help. The girl was by now crying and promising not to do it any more and mom said she should have thought about that a few moments ago and with that she guided the girl over her knees and after a few more words about making good choices she started with the paddle. Soon enough there was bawling and kicking and wriggling and it was over. The girl was let up and of course went right to the spanking dance and her shorts and panties were now around her ankles as she tried to shuffle her feet and rub her freshly spanked bottom. After a few moments mom made her tell her sister she was sorry for teasing and through her tears and crying she did this.

As for being spanked during pre-puberty years I was always much more embarrassed when there was anyone there to see my panties go down and I would cry louder when it happened after saying words like oh no please not my panties please can I keep them up. I always pleaded more when there were boy cousins going to see may panties go down.
