I checked your list and I think I've seen one you don't have:
"Class of '09: The Re-Up", the character of Jecka is portrayed as an addicted smoker (which I don't think she ever was in the first game, but I didn't play every branch), and the protagonist Nicole can smoke with her at least once, referencing in dialogue that it seems weird how addicted she is so fast.
