'Jenny's Thanksgiving', a story which can be found in Volume 5 of the Noble Leaf Library was the subject of one of my early reviews which can be found in Volume 7 of the Consolidated Smoking Fetish Fiction Review series.

Partway through the story the author throws in a flashback featuring the title character, her non-smoking friend Amy and Amy's older sister Marie, a devoted smoker. Something about that flashback leads me to believe that a sequel or 'metamorphosis' could be built around Amy and Marie.
