Okay, it was four and a half years out of date, but I got it done.

I sincerely hope people make use of this. It took me a while to compile back in 2020, and longer to update today.

I removed a lot of bloat that was in the original version, and added links to more references and reviews.

If I've missed anything, or any of the links don't work, please let me know.
