G'day RR,

I already have a copy. Mine appears identical to yours from what I've seen. I think you sent it to me a few years ago.

Available from the same publisher. I even checked the site, the book is still available in softcover.

If you need to disappear the link, that's fine, it should go into the public domain in a few decades. Hopefully someone will take over the Library to absorb it. Though probably not. Not the way the community is.

Though some may not agree, I think we should archive all this sort of stuff, even if we have to keep it out of circulation for obvious copyright reasons, which is fair enough.

I'm off to the sack, get some sleep, then put together Volume 143. I wish more authors would reach out, make my job so much easier.
