I just know that some have been trying to take 11 and 12 but either can't afford it due to expense (travel, hotel, etc.) or just aren't being offered. Maybe CLRG needs to rethink the purpose of the exams and what the intent was in requiring them. Like I said, I think the exams are a good idea, just for some they aren't doable for many reasons.
