He must live locally to me. He is still in short shorts, though worn with a warm coat and long socks. His shorts must still be short as all you can see is bare legs beneath his coat. I have seen him on his bike in short denim shorts. He seems perfectly happy most of the time apart from the couple of times with his mother when he is wearing more formal grey flannel shorts.
