That's the dumbest reasoning I have ever heard. If somebody dies on their birthday the death certificate will say their age that day regardless of the time born. PPW says age as of 11/1/23 not age as of 11/1/23 at 5pm. Stop splitting hairs to justify cheating. -- PAGEANT DISCUSSION BOARD
