Subject: Completely off-topic - Gerard Depardieu crime news

By now have you heard that French actor Gerard Depardieu has been charged with raping & sexually assaulting an unnammed/unidentified young actress & dancer? Actually, I don't find this surprising at all.

Remember way back in 1991, when there was an outcry from women's rights groups about a resurfaced interview that Depardieu did way back in 1978 in which he admitted that he had raped girls/ young women, and apparently even saying that he enjoyed it (if I remember correctly), when he was very young? And then, after the outrage that was expressed, he eventually then denied having ever said it in the first place to start with?
