Oh, Cory,

you were indeed a sweet nice little guy. And very cranky and tired at that moment, that is clear.

I is always the question whether it is age appropriate to behave in such a way (which it is) and whether it is age appropriate to learn that you have to listen to your parents and behave better (which is also the case).

At least here in California, it is today not wise to spank in a public or a semi-public place, like a bathroom in a restaurant. You can be sure that there will be someone who will file a complaint with the CPS, no matter how reasonable and necessary the spanking was.
