Subject: All this upset over whether a couple of kids got an exemption or served the ban underscores the need for the transfer ban to be eliminated.

People get upset because some people seem to be "favored" when they get an exemption (whether true or not), while others are not given one. The real issue is not the kids, who have worked like mad to get where they are, it's the apparent unfairness of the rule. Just let people go where they want.
