Hi! My dancer is in open and we plan on going to Nationals, but things might change and may not be able to attend. If we secure a room will we be able to cancel room until a certain date? thanks!!

- Staying at a host hotel is not mandatory at the oireachtas, NANS and when Worlds is in the US -- Dm, 14:21:23 02/08/25 Sat
  - I know deposits not refundable but can you cancel hotel reservation. If you do not stay at host hotel it is 100 a person (NT) -- OP, 16:50:56 02/09/25 Sun
    - You can cancel, but you will not get the deposit (NT) -- back, 12:35:53 02/10/25 Mon
