Not everyone likes the same food and I'm sorry things were intense. Life is. But, if you ever get a chance to have chicken and waffles, I'd say try it. I don't know about sweet tea, because they ain't lyin' about it being sweet in the south. But, I like trying the local cuisine, depending. But, I was taught from a young age, if I'm offered food I have to accept it, so sometimes I've tried things I wasn't thrilled to try. At things like when the pueblos in New Mexico have their feast days, if you're lucky enough to know a family you go eat and then if you get invited to another home, you have to eat there too. You have to be careful and space out how much you have, but I'm so glad to have known families and been there on feast days. Very lucky, I know. I've also been in the villages in Alaska and tried lots of various foods - they were great. Anyway, sorry, I got off on a food tangent. Ha ha. Hope you're rested and better now. Everyone have a great weekend, the week has been rough.

p.s. in Nashville there was an older couple walking around and the man had a spatula hanging from his trousers. I wondered if is was a southern thing and that a bbq could materialize really quickly. He was very polite to my question and there was a music event earlier and most of the people got the spatulas and that was the best way for him to carry it around. Now I want one to carry. #fashionstatement
