Even if he sees anyone else on the side, he’s always with SL who has been his surrogate mother for a long time. Maybe they don’t sleep together anymore, but he will never leave her because of his career. She prefers to stay in the background, so everyone would think they’re not together. He is happy with such arrangement. I wish hi. The best.
