If I were doing it, I'd put in as narrow margins as possible, as small text as feasible (you can always select 200 % or more, if you view it on the screen), and as few blank lines as possible. This in order to save paper on printing, and that despite the fact that my printer can print up to 16 pages on one page, and did you want that in landscape or portrait Ma'am? >Oh, and thanks for putting up with me this long.
