Hello lovely visitor! I use this message board to share my ideas of art & crafting with you. I hope that you will find inspiration in my posts and I welcome your replies. My name is S.D. Kelley & I like to create a variety of unique crafts including graphic design, jewelry, household decor & more. In addition to painting, drawing and designing, I also enjoy hand sewing and other fiber art projects such as knitting, crocheting, macramé, & weaving. The Fall & Winter seasons, and Halloween, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Holidays are the times of year I enjoy creating the most. However, all year I try to post projects that, no matter what your crafting skill or budget level, you will be able to create things for yourself and others around you to enjoy. I also like to share ideas of arts & crafts that you can either sell to earn extra income or donate to raise money for a charitable cause. But most importantly, I hope that you have fun & happy crafting!

Hi everybody! This Easter floral arrangement turned out so beautiful, but what I really love is the rusty old looking flower gargen tub that can be changed out at the start of a new season. I used cinnamon and tumeric with some brown paint to create an aged looking flower pot and trellis with faux rust. I used some flowers from last year and picked up a few new bouquets to create this beautiful and rustic farmhouse Easter center piece.
Most of my inspriation for creating wreaths, bows and floral arrangements come from following another youtuber's channel called Olivia's Romantic Home (https://www.youtube.com/user/obroeg) where you can get some really cool decorating on a small budget ideas that look high end.

OMG everyone! You won't believe these 3 Easter Holiday decor pieces I create in this video are actually plastic and came from the Dollar Tree! They are so rustic and so farmhouse! The technique I used includes some of what I have seen on Pinterst with my own twist.

Hello everyone! If you have a small counter space, then this space saver that I show how to build is extra sturdy and yet also decorative. I use this in the kitchen, but it can also make a mini-bar, or be used in a bathroom. The main structure was built from 4 Dollar Tree picture frames, 2 silver rectangular platters, some craft sticks, 5 mm thick jute twine, glue, and 8 Tumbling Tower blocks. This DIY space saver and organizer looks super cute and has freed up a lot of counter space near my stove by utilizing vertical space!

Hello everyone! I want to show you some of my inexpensive, cute, unique, and effective organization DIYs. In this 'part 1' video, I show at least 7 ways that I keep certain crafts products organized and clutter free, yet visible and accessible by utilizing vertical space with hanging baskets and storing supplies in movable stable craft DIY caddies. These solutions are easy to make and can be useful in many areas of life.
Also, I show ways that I use left-over scrap pieces without my work station becoming cluttered!

I made 3 wood pallets in different sizes to suit different decorating and practical purposes. The wooden pallets closely resemble the pallets used for lifting crates by a fork lift, but are far more manageable and versatile. I use 2 sizes of crafts sticks and some wooden shims from Lowe's.

Using Dollar Tree items such as a white wire waste basket, a wood frame, a Mason style jar that reads 'Made with Love and some twine, I was able to create a rustic farmhouse style wall hanging candle holder that can make the perfect gift for almost anyone.

This is another Valentine's Day inspired decor creation that can be suitably on display through out the spring and summer months. It stands over 2 feet tall! However, being my very 1st moss topiary, this DIY took using a lot more moss than I thought it would, I used supplies from both the Dollar Tree and Walmart.

Use this board with a saying such as 'Make it Happen" to post pictures of whatever you want to see manifest in your life. White lattice makes a lovely backdrop as you implement the Law of Attraction or perhaps you may want to paint another phrase or a romantic photo of you and your significant other..... this project can be customized to fit your own creative ideas that may come from this video :-).

The word 'LOVE" with crackling paint, faux (but real looking) galvanized metal arrows, and jute rope surrounding a distressed paint job on a vintage shaped board totally screams RUSTIC and FARMHOUSE! This Valentine's Day inspired DIY project was so much fun to create out of Dollar Tree items.

I took other Dollar Tree candles to create 2 very romantic decor candles for Valentine's Day. No candle making kit was required! These were super easy to make and even have a scent!

Although I created this magnet board in the winter using a snowman theme, I intend to transition this command center type project to fit different times of the year....what I will actually do with it remains to be seen :-). One of the coolest things about this board, is that it has a hidden compartment on the back and not only is it decorative by being transitional decor for every season, but it is a very useful clutter eliminator hack as well!

Using items from my local Dollar Tree and a hot glue gun, I was able to create these FABULOUS Christmas stockings for myself and my cat Jasper! I used an animal print scarf for the trim and real wooden letters. I made this really cute & rustic farmhouse wall hanging Christmas Tree that will not be vulnerable to attacks from my cat! I incorporated the graphic designs of 2 Dollar Tree wooden signs into the piece allowing for a more simplistic ornamental arrangement that is less enticing to felines lol. #catproofchristmastree #hangingchristmastree

It has a bit of glitz and glamour and a touch of shabby chic with the farmhouse galvanized metal planters wrapped in twine. I really enjoyed creating this winter season tree and floral arrangement using white and metallics instead of traditional holiday colors.

Using 2 planter baskets left over from a recent project, I decided to make a last minute decor piece for Fall of 2018 before proceeding to my Christmas DIYs. I love the way that this Thanksgiving harvest pumpkin turned out! It has a warm, cozy and country look that is all about the late Autumn season.

This had to be the most fun Halloween project ever! I fully demonstrate the entire project on one Dollar Tree styrofoam pumpkins and show how to paint them inside and out even with using spray paint. I drew crazy designs and carved them with an Exacto knife and ended the project with a custom arrangement of vines and leaves. One of these designs is my favorite - a cat-o-lantern!

So I took a simple seasonal chalk board sign from Dollar Tree, and gave it makeover with twine, chalk paint, and fine grain sand paper to create a really cute vintage and rustic farmhouse looking fall decor piece that can fit right in with Halloween decorations as it advertises selling bone broth by the cup held up by skeleton hands.

Other than the rope and E-6000 QH glue, my rope chandelier was created using items found at my local Dollar Tree. I love the way it has a fun and rustic renaissance or Viking era vibe.
