Subject: 52 Years - And still here, counting and remembering

52 years... back then, I didn't know 52 years. NEVER thought of "52 years". And yet, here, today, I wonder how many are still around. The site it up, running, reminding, remembering. How many others? If any.

Looking at the top of "the hill", today, what the people of Washintonville desired most is what they have now. Not a trace remains. But I have to laugh when I see who has that once-bucolic hill top today and what they'd think, if they ever knew what their "houses" are built on.

Then too, they're on one spot on Earth where once, people laughed, danced, made Friends, met with Friends. There are a lot of old souls in the air surrounding them. Who knows what that can bring.

But, 52 years... Imagine? Some who read this today haven't even existed for that long.

Well. We keep the memories "alive" for as long as we can... as long as we can.
