1) Honestly, have no idea what Brady would or would not have done as head coach - can't say I feel he was the answer or not.
2) Was never entirely sure why it seemed he was not given any shot at it, not close enough to the action to know if he wanted it. Not sure what others knew regarding (1) above.
3) They made the choice to hire Lanier, and hope they got the right guy. The jury's been out for me, clearly there have been some solid reasons to question him and there have been some reasons to be hopeful. I'm not sure that we could reasonably expect to feel much differently about a guy in his first two years.

You just never know what the decision not made would have borne. That's arguably the most fundamental paradox of life, one that keeps us up all night on many occasions in life.

Hoping Lanier does well at Siena. Hope the best for the Hawk staff.
