If this team gave us something to cheer about, we would go nuts!! I have seen that play louder then a rock concert when the Saints are rolling (Tulane, MAAC Championships, Xavier game, etc....). I have seen probably 90% of the home games the last 15 years (including Beyer years) and I have never been more bored then I was at the Loyola game. A win for the Saints, but an unmotivated one and an awful spectacle for us to watch. Combine that with loses where the team showed little heart, that tends to lull fans to sleep. I have never heard a crowd have to actually urge a player up the floor (Prosper in the final minutes versus Marist) until then..... Obviuosly the Average Siena fan is pretty knowledgable. The Capital Region is a great area for hoops and we like to see good basketball.
