And welcome - stick around and share your insights/opinions from time to time.

I remember the ARC days very well. I guess I'm glad the program has been able to make some use of the downtown arena as a recruiting tool (if that is indeed true), increased ticket volume and offloading operational responsibilities to another organization... but damned if the ARC days weren't special and I will miss them forever. I have often said that I would love to see the games one day return to campus somehow, be it in a new "home" or in the old home (with some capacity adjustments). Unfortunately, as many have countered here, that is unlikely to happen for a multitude of reasons.

I do honestly think the biggest factor in the drop-off in student enthusiasm is the move off-campus. The Beyer era did not help, but the program has rebounded well. I didn't go to Siena, but in my undergrad days at Rochester, it was quite the thing to drink some beers, go create a hostile environment for the bad guys, go home & drink more beers, and the next morning not remember who won.

Welcome to our group.
