Subject: The Deaner to return?

Hoopscribe's story today (not on line) focuses on Manhattan, but indicates that Lanier may call Deane about bringing Lamar here next season. According to the story, Deane has been trying to schedule a game at Canisius or Niagara because he has a couple of kids from the Toronto area, but has made much progress. He'd be looking for a sizeable guarantee or a return game and D'Arg is indicated to have said a return game may be feasible. By the way, iy would give Tommy Mitchell something of a homecoming game as a senior. Stay tuned.
