The following info. was paraphrased from prepstars (I hear ya Tony).

One player whose stock is on the upswing is Japhet McNeil. McNeil possesses top-notch quickness and ball-handling ability , and he's one of the best passers in the Class of 2003. He's also improved his jump shot and now can hit open threes with some regularity.
McNeil said after the game that he's still open in his recruitment and has a 'B' average and that he scored an 860 on the SAT. The schools that comprise his current list are Bradley, Florida International, Siena, St. Peter's, Binghampton, Hartford, Niagara, Loyola-Maryland, Towson and others. He took an official visit to St. Peter's in the fall and plans a spring trip to Bradley.
