He's been around some pretty smart people in his years as an assistant, so I doubt he takes an A-10 type job.

I have to say - he's starting to grow on me. It's one thing to be 15 or 16-3, but to have the resume his team has is pretty impressive for our level. He's a pain in the ass when he coaches against the Saints - but the guy has a passion.
