Not even one win for the MAAC? Come on. Obviously the A-10 has the better teams, but give the MAAC its due. Didn't Siena's game vs. X show that the teams are not that far apart?

These would be the matchups based on conference standings.

1 - SJU - Fairfield - slight chance for FF win, but likely an easy one for Hawks.
2 - Dayton - Manhattan - Dayton has good size giving them an edge, but a Jasper win is not inconcievable.
3 - Richmond - Siena - Spiders lost @ Providence by 29. The old transitive theory says Siena should win easily.
4 - Xavier - Iona - X is the class of the league - beat the Saints who beat the Gaels.
5 - LaSalle - Niagara - LaSalle already lost at home to Marist. Not a no-brainer for the Explorers at all.
6 - URI - SPC - URI...next
7 - Fordham - Marist - Fordham is ahead of Temple in the A-10? Shows you how low this league has sunk. Foxes win.
8 - Bona - Canisius - already settled on the court - Bona
9 - Temple - Rider - bahahahahahahaha
10- Duquesne - Loyola - Please - can we dump Loyola from the MAAC and bring in the Dukes?

The A-10 is a "major" conference filled with mid-major teams.

Apart from Temple, none of the teams is truly known as a traditional "national" power.

They have three excellent teams, one good one in Richmond, and mid-level MAAC teams the rest of the way through.
