I see your point on Karla Tucker, but I also understand why Bush would not commute it, just because someone repents, even if it really is sincere, does not excuse what they did, nor excuse them of the consequences. Personally if it was me, and I was saved but facing the death penalty, I would rather die and be with jesus than be in prison for life no parole. One of our radio DJ's witnesses her execution, and he was witnessed others as he is a minister, and he made the comment of he has never seen a prisoner so calmly walk into the death chamber, he said you could see it in her eyes she knew where she was going, she was ready, and now she is better off, then he posed the question on the radio of if you die now do you know like she did where you will go?
