I was hoping because today was a day off that you would be able to write us a nice long message describing your punishment session once I saw your name up there. Maybe it would be easier to just describe in detail your last punishment session since your description of your punishing at home has been so successful. If he does four or five different punishments like he does at home, maybe describe each of those and then exactly what and how many exercises he has you do, like jumping jacks, push-ups, crab walks, wall climbs and then if he has you do your regular exercise for that day. Will definitely look forward to you writing soon! Hope you had a great Easter and we're able to do a lot of fun things. I'm really hoping you get a chance to answer this in long form today or certainly soon. I agree with Jennifer and the others that it would be wonderful to hear about one of your punishment sessions at the gym. We've heard all about them at home But if you could give us a nice thorough description of what an entire punishment session is like at the gym including the three or four types of spankings that he gives you, the exercises that he has you do including jumping jacks and crab walks and then of course the actual training itself. That would be great. And then of course a full body massage. Everything from when you first arrive in the gym, the actual punishments, the exercises that your Are asked to do naked like all of them, and then your workout and anything after like the massage?
