We consider her a daughter and she is such a wonderful girl and just fairly highly strung. But it honestly amazing how after she asks for a spanking she seems much more relaxed and not so anxious about anything. Date Posted: 10:47:35 04/24/25 Thu Hi guys! Yes I have definitely noticed the therapeutic effects of spanking on Leona. It's just remarkable when she has an excessive number of spanks and feels relaxed and much more herself afterwards. I'm really hesitant to say this, but I'm going to recommend that you start really upping the number of spankings for her. There is a girl here named Lauren who has recently got a rock climbing instructor who is regularly giving her sessions with 300 or more spankings. The granted she's a pretty tough girl, but my sense of Leona is she is as well. So maybe it's time to do spanking sessions twice a week and I can't believe I'm saying this, more than 300 each time including hand, paddle, and strap. I'm sure you weren't expecting to get this from me but hey, it seems to be working really well and she has told me herself how good she feels afterwards. Rather than do it all at once, you might want to spread it out over an afternoon with 70 or 80 or even 100 at a time. I wouldn't go more than 350 total. I can't believe I'm saying this to you. But we personally don't have time for two maintenance sessions a week for Leona. But everything you said is correct about her and she is very much more relaxed and not as hyper or stressed after getting spanked and paddled and this young girl Lauren sounds pretty much like her. We can definitely spread out the strokes throughout the day of her maintenance session and first thing in the morning and after school and before bed. She is asleep already and asked for you.
