Hi Lindsay and I am your naked little superstar rockstar lol and I am actually so sore and really tired right now and I do love my instructor and my whole bottom and thighs are completely red and my vulva is red and he just gave me a bath with salts and other stuff and yes he washed me all over including my bottom and chest and nipples and inside of course. Yes they were sitting on the sofa looking at me doing my exercises and yes you are right about what you said about press-ups. I was literally sweating and the bath was lovely though. I never counted how many spanks I got sorry 😔 and yes the switch against the wall and no diaper position this time. I'm truly glad that you're okay with everything that's going on. He is forming a rather unique intimate relationship with you and I believe that he is very impressed with you basically as an athlete. After all it takes a lot of strength and stamina to even put up with 310 spankings in one day. That's a lot of punishment.

Switches are usually made up of branches that our cat from trees in the garden. What is his switch look like? Is it more like a cane? Did you have tea naked and are you still naked by the way?

It's the fact that you are so athletic that they enjoyed sitting on the couch or sofa as you call it and watching You do over 100 jumping jacks and over 100 of what we call push-ups in other exercises. Did he basically sit on the couch and call out an exercise, like do 100 jumping jacks now or did he do it some other way?

Is his switch made up of several canes or is it just a single cane? How about the strap? Is it a piece of leather with a handle? Does it have two tails? Does he keep it oiled?

How far do you guys live from The climbing center? What kind of drive is it? Just asking because I'm curious and I know that he'll have to drive there in the morning to be on time.
