Hello there my wild little naked English girl!

I can't believe how much punishment is resulting as a result of going from twice a week down to once a week maintenance sessions. You have literally gone from 20 and possibly 30 Spanx to over 400 in a matter of a couple of weeks. That is one heck of a lot of punishment, and all the parents are doing it. It must be satisfying too punish your children so much.

You fell to the floor in terrible pain and even writing your message you couldn't stop crying. I can really understand why. Even when you were squealing and screaming during the cuddling you I'm sure we're in such terrible pain that you wanted to cry even while you were feeling incredibly great.

Hi Lindsay and you call me your naked wild English girl and that is funny 🤣.
