Hello again angel and first of all my wife and I want to thank you for everything you have done and are doing. It is becoming quite time consuming and we have decided to have Lauren give you her best detailed description of her training/exercises and maintenance session with instructor in one message when it happens over the day or so. So as today and tomorrow she can message you tomorrow with everything that happened. It is just easier with everything else going on and life in general as you know pumpkin. Of course our little girl said to give you hugs and kisses from her and we send our love to you also of course.

Hi my little naked Rockstar Superstar,

Of course it's okay to wait until tomorrow to hear from you. I'm looking forward to hearing about everything in detail what's going on with your rock climbing instructor and coach.

It's not like you to not give me the full rundown during the day when it happened, but I'm fine with that. I was really looking forward to hearing about how things went today. But like I said I'm happy to hang out and wait until tomorrow.

I just hope you had a great day today and did all kinds of fun stuff. I would of course love to know what that was.
