It sounds to me like the girls aren't whipped regularly on Sunday mornings in your church. Although there is a spanking room. The church in Kentucky has about 30 girls who are whipped every Sunday morning prior to the service by the youth pastor. I think I told you, they received from five for the youngest to 40 or more for the oldest teenage girl.
