Hi Stephanie sweetheart!

Can you tell me a little more about this sessions for older kids with the pastor? Does he have his wife there for the spankings or is it just him and whoever is involved? How many kids are typically involved in these counseling sessions at once? I'm sure each has his or her own session, but are we talking 12? 15? And how does it work?

Is there an appointment made and then the teen comes to his office at the church at the appointed time? Then do they walk in, take their clothes off, and then stand in front of the pastor while they have their discussion much like your kids to stand on Sunday? Then does the child kneel for the prayer and then go over the pastor's knee for a spanking? Then there's probably some time to dance it off a little then go over his desk for the paddling. Does the child simply lean over on his or her elbows, spread her legs and then get paddled 30 or 40 times? Then do they have another discussion and then put on their clothes and exit the office? That sounds like a very thorough how long does the entire process take place? An hour or more? How many times did Chloe go for her counseling? Is this generally done for some real transgression or is it done as a matter of course with several teenagers?

Thanks for sharing all about your families experience with the church. I know there are many churches like this and always find them fascinating.

Hi there Stephanie you brave woman,

Brave for moving all the way from the cookie cutter suburbs out to the sticks!

I'm always fascinated with what goes on in rural churches. It sounds like yours is pro spanking and has a pastor who is not afraid to discipline teenagers in his office.

So could you tell me a little bit more about the counseling sessions in his office? How old was your daughter Chloe when she had the sessions? I won't ask what she did to deserve them.

So I understand is that the teenager makes an appointment and then upon entering the office takes their clothes off and probably lays them down on a shelf somewhere. Do they then stand like your children either with their hands behind their backs or hands on their heads? How long does the discussion session usually lasts?

Do they then get down on their knees for the prayer? And then back up to climb over the pastor's lap, and how many strokes is the spanking? Do they then dance at all? And when they get up on the pastor's desk to bend over, are they on their hands and knees with their head down? How many strokes are administered then? Then when they get down, do they dance again and then get a hug from the pastor, put their clothes on and exit the office?

Do you know how many teenagers at one time are getting these private sessions? Is it typically more boys than girls, or the other way around? So interesting from an area where there is little to no spanking at all.

Thank you Jessica and Jennifer for your messages. As they ask similar questions, I will answer them here.

I don't know too much about the counseling sessions that the Pastor gives teens beyond what my daughter experienced. She and another girl had gotten in trouble together. The Pastor met with me and my husband and the parents of the other girl and suggested the counseling sessions and described what would happen. One question he had for us was whether we wanted his wife or one of the church secretaries to attend the sessions as a witness; we all said that would not be necessary.

The first counseling session was with both girls. I wasn't there so the following description is based on what the Pastor told us would happen and what Chloe told us happened. I don't know all details -- sorry. So the girls were called into his office. They had some idea of how things would go so they were not surprised when he told them to undress totally. I don't know where they put their clothes. They had to stand, hands at their side, as he questioned them about their misbehavior, what were they thinking, why it was wrong, etc.

The girls and Pastor then got on their knees and prayed. Then one at a time they went over Pastor's lap for a long hand spanking. Chloe said it lasted "forever, like hours" but I think something more like 10 minutes. Each girl did the classic spanky dance of pain, then one at a time they went over the Pastor's desk for the paddle. Chloe said the Pastor had them spread their feet and "present" their bottom. Best estimate on number of paddle strokes is 25. Another spanky dance, then after both were paddled, the Pastor gave them hugs. Everyone back onto their knees for another prayer, and the girls were then allowed to dress and leave.

Each girl had a subsequent one-on-one session with the Pastor, which was essentially the same as the combined session.

Chloe was 13 when she had her sessions. We had been attending the church for about a year at that time.

I know that some of Chloe's friends (girls) have had counseling sessions but I don't know any details.

Thank you so much for your thorough description of what goes on there. I would almost like to hear directly from Chloe on this, but I realized you may not want to put her in the forum.

That is such an interesting account for somebody like me that does not live in a spanking area. The fact that an official at a church wood carry on a session with two naked young teenage girls, albeit with their parents express permission, it's just remarkable. Like I said, I would love to hear Chloe's detailed description of what went on in those sessions.

Also probably you said it first that there were a number of sessions. Your message just now made it sound like there was only one additional session besides the two girls. Did Chloe go for more?
