Isn't this like the second time that you've emerged from a weekend of punishment and working out and felt completely wiped out and almost sick? My thinking is that he needs to start going a little easier on you. 1200 hits in one day it's just too many. Especially when a hundred of them are a whipping done by a switch.

I hope you're getting some nice rest right now. I would really like my questions answered and hope you get a chance to look at the YouTube that I've linked. First time I knew that rock climbing is now an Olympic sport.
