Meaning stripping could nude and cutting several long and thin whippy switches and soaking in salt water and whipping child's buckocks and back of thighs until welted red raw and bawling their heart out? I'd say age six is old enough for a proper long switching and you shouldn't be afraid to tear their backside up just soak in salt water first.
