That was very good and responsible of your coach to say no climbing for today. That's an important lesson to take with you throughout your entire life. If you're not up to it, don't do it. Too many climbers have learned that lesson the hard way or are just not with us anymore. So good for him.

I hope you get over this thing quickly. I noticed that not too many of my maintenance people get sick, and I wouldn't be surprised if it has to do with keeping in shape for maintenance.

As you know, I love you very very very much sweetie and now I have to wait for next week. LOL. Love you, Lindsay

Hi Lindsay and I am still not well 😭 ok and I am not going to school today because my parents said that I need to be completely better. I was really sad about not going climbing yesterday and you know that my instructor stayed again last night and was looking after me with my mommy and daddy. Thank you for calling me your now incredibly cute and under the weather naked climbing rockstar and superstar lol and I am falling asleep again sorry 😔. My instructor said hello before he left and my parents of course. I will send you something proper later on ok sorry 😔 and I know that you love me very much and I love you even more ok 💟 hugs 🤗
