Date Posted: 04:49:01 06/05/25 Thu To my Beautiful and Wonderful Friend Trish We had a very scary afternoon and evening. It had been sunny and all of a sudden it clouded up. Then the tornado sirens went off and the girls and kids were still at the pool. They quickly got the kids out of the pool and home. I was listening to the TV as to where the location of the storm and tornado was. It was not far from our house. I immediately got everyone in the basement. We turned on the TV in the basement so we could see exactly the tracking of the storm. We could hear the hail pounding on the ground. Marie and Susan were scared and started crying. Kelly and Carrie held them close and assured them everything would be OK. We stayed in the basement for about two hours when they gave the all clear signal. We went upstairs but it was raining so hard you could not see too far. Thinking the storm was over we were all sitting eating dinner when the sirens went off again. I turn ed TV back on and the storm and tornado were tracking the same as the first. So, leaving our dinner we all went down to the Basement again. we turned on the TV and watched the weather until we lost power and it totally pitched black in the basement. Everyone got scared, and I tried through my nervousness to keep everyone calm. I told everyone to stay where they were and to move. I fumbled around the shelves and found a flashlight. I then grabbed four more flashlights and passed them out to the girls and to David. He started making weird sounds and faces the flashlight scaring the little kids. I swatted his cloth bottom and scolded him and took the flashlight away from him and gave it to Ava. I told David he was getting a spanking once this was all over with. We were in the basement for another hour after the lights went out. I told everyone to stay put as I went upstairs to see what it looked like outside. It was just raining out the whole neighborhood was dark. I shined the light on the clock, and it was 8:45pm. I told all the kids to go get ready for bed. I had each girl go with the kids to help them see to change into their pajamas. I told Becky to go with the boys and Mike said we do not need light to see. I said yes you do, and no argument. He then said "WHATEVER". I said young man that will get you a spanking for being disrespectful to me. At about 9:30 the lights were still off so the girls and I helped all the kids to bed. Marie was scared so Ava got into Carrie's bed with her and cuddled with her. The girls and I had a glass of wine by candler light. To avoid this happening again we talked about getting an outside generator installed. At least we will have a little light in the house. The lights came back on sometime during the night. When I walked downstairs, I had forgotten about our dinner setting on the dining room table. and several lights on. I cleared the table and did the evening dishes. Carrie walked in as I was doing the dishes and helped me finish. The coffee was ready, and I walked outside to get the paper and there were tree limbs down all over the neighborhood. I could not see if there was any damage to the house, but I will walk around the house when it gets light outside. All in all, it was an afternoon and night we will not forget. Wow sweetheart and that sounded really intense and quiet scary for you all Hun and you honestly handled the whole situation really well sweetheart. I presume the boys got their spankings or have you let it go Hun. You truly are remarkable sweetheart I am not sure if I could have handled everything that happened as well as you had done. You kept calm and managed to keep your children calm as possible and especially the younger children sweetheart. Everyone seemed to pull together from sleeping arrangements to helping out in different ways and no pun intended Hun. But yous weathered the storm and that is not easy with children. You seriously are amazing and we are always in awe of you Hun. Great idea about getting the generator sweetheart and I sincerely hope that there was no structural damage done to your home and it must have been quite the storm to tear up trees. I seriously think you are a wonderful mommy and person and you are so amazing to be able to deal with everything going on. Date Posted: 07:34:37 06/05/25 Thu To my Beautiful and Wonderful Friend Trish. Thanks for the kind words but to be honest I was scared also but could not let on to the kids. They are calling for more storms this afternoon and hopefully not as bad as they were yesterday. I did walk around the house with Becky, and we could not see any structure damage to the house. I am going to have a roofer come out to check the roof since they said the hail was golf ball size. Carrie's and Kelly's car was damaged by the hail so I will have to get hold of my insurance agent. I did let David slide on his spanking, but Mike got his bare bottom hand spanked because of disrespecting me. He kept babbling and crying saying mommy I am sorry. His bottom and sit spot are a bright red color. Amber and Ava want to go to the mall to shop and meet up with their friends. I told them no because of the cars being damaged and the incoming storms. Amber wanted to argue, and I said no end of discussion and if you want to continue, we can in the den. She got the message and walked away. While I was in my bedroom making my bed, Marie walked in and said Mommy will you go and spank Carrie. I said why. She said she is being mean to me. I said she is, how is she being mean to you. I let the kids go out and ride their bikes. They all went out except Elizabeth, Matt and David as they are still grounded. Since we live on a cul-de-sac the kids mainly ride on the street and the cul-de-sac. They all know that they are not to leave the street without permission. I told them all to be sure they wear their helmets. I knew that Jack and Allison were going to ride their bikes over. I looked out the window and Jack, Allison, Mike, Amber and Breann did not have their helmets on. I went outside and told the ones that did not have helmets on to put their bikes in the garage and get into the house. I told Jack and Allison that meant them also. once they were inside, and in the den, I scolded them all for not wearing their helmets. Mike said wearing helmets are for little kids. I said in this house I do not care how old you are if you ride your bike, you will wear a helmet. I said now you all are going to get a spanking to help you remember next time to wear your helmet. I have briefed the older kids that we may have to head to the basement during the night. I told Carrie if Bobby wants to get in her bed also, send one of them to me. Kelly has already told Susan to go to sleep in her big bed. All the kids are now in bed and sleeping. The girls and I are having our nightly glass of wine. I told the girls if they hear the sirens going off to be sure I am up and then start waking the kids and head them to the basement. It is starting to storm now. We got the TV on watching the weather. So, for no tornados. They are saying it looks as if there are any tornados they look as if they are going to be south of us. We cannot let our guard down and we must be ready to head to the basement if we have to. Several of the kids had problems sitting at dinner tonight. I said all the ones that received a spanking today will go to bed tonight at 7pm. You know which ones you are and if you tried to pull a fast and try to stay up, you will be going to bed crying after the paddling you get. Marie said mommy will you give me a bathe tonight. Date Posted: 01:45:54 06/06/25 Fri To my Beautiful and Wonderful Friend Trish. There were no tornado sirens last night but a lot of thunder and lightning. Bobby ended sleeping with Carrie and Marie. Ava slept in my bed and Susan and Amber were in bed with Kelly, and Breann was in bed with Becky. I do not think any of us got too much sleep. It seems as soon as we dozed off another crack of thunder hit. The storm is finally over, and I am going to let the kids all sleep in this morning. When I walked out to get the paper this morning, I noticed a big tree limb laying in the middle of the street. I think it is from the tree across the street. I will again walk around the house this morning looking to see if I have any outside damage. When I walked back in Kelly was pouring us both a cup of coffee. I asked her how she slept through the storm, and she said that her problem was Amber hogging the bed. I kind of chuckled at that. I said I had Susan and Amber in bed with me. When there was shouting and yelling going on upstairs. Amber and Ava were arguing with Breann. I went up to see what they problem was, and it seemed that Breann was taking too much time in the bathroom. I said this is the second time you all have argued over the bathroom time. I said I hoped the last you were spanked would be the end of it. maybe I did not spank you hard enough. Amber said, mom we don't need a spanking we can work this out between us. I said I am sure you can, but what is the rule about shouting and arguing with each other. Ava said we are to come to you instead of arguing and shouting. I said that is correct and what happens when you do. Ava said we get a spanking. That is correct, all three down to the den. Breann said they started it why should I get spanked. I said I do not care who started it, you were arguing so you get spanked. The girls were in the den where I scolded them some more, and said remove your pants and panties. David's matched Mike's bottom. Kelly told them to get dress and get back to eating their breakfast. They walked into the dining room still crying some and sat down very gingerly. I then said to the boys apologize to your sisters. They both said, we are sorry. I said you five will be given an extras chore to do today after your regular chores.
