I did not make an accusation, I posed a logical question. Did not an Orange County grand jury find adjusting of student athlete grades and attendance records so that they could continue to play in high school team sports? If the "adjustments" were not made, would not the opportunity "to play" have been afforded to someone that met the pre-determined requirements? I'm opening the discussion of "equity" vs "equality". Or are is to be left to chance...wasn't that the falsity that cumulated into this issue? As per the OCR process, "OCR evaluates the written information that it receives to determine whether it constitutes a complaint that is subject to further processing." The OCR determines if a complaint is "baseless" or not.
