If it's a valid question, I don't think I'm alone in requesting more direction as to where you got this impression.

There are photos of full podiums, livestreams of comp awards, and many school and dancer placements on display.

If you're sincere in your question, include a link. A reference to a specific feis or post. Something. Because I think this org has done a very good job at going above and beyond in celebrating the accomplishments of EVERY dancer. Willing to consider if you have something to substantiate your question, but not going on a wild goose hunt to find it.
